1. Updated and expanded 'A History of Slaughter' now with  all major conflicts since World War II and death tolls.

2. Cosmetic changes to the index, including self-portrait -  'South Park' style (with lashings of artistic licence).

3.Newly updated bookmarks, fresh from  my copy of IE (oh, you lucky people!).

4. Most of the broken links are fixed.
